Bourbon Barrel Stave American Flag

This item is made from real used and refurbished bourbon barrel staves. We take 13 staves that are between 1 and 2 inches wide and we lay them face up and face down to make the stripes of the flag. We then take a piece of oak board and we engrave the stars onto it. We then coat it with several coats of semi gloss lacquer so it will look amazing for many, many years. The flag measures approximately 36 inches long x 20 inches tall x 3.5 inches deep.
Each stave is approximately 36 inches long x 1 - 2 inches wide x 1 inch thick. So each flag will vary a little height wise.
The oak board that the stars are engraved on is 14 inches wide x 10 inches tall x 3/4 inch thick.
We attach 2 french cleats that are 2 inches wide onto the back for you to hang it on. All necessary hardware is included, so you can hang your new flag as soon as it arrives.

All of our items are made from authentic bourbon barrels and have been used to distill bourbon. All barrels are different! Some of them might be a little bigger or smaller than others. They may not look the same as the ones in the photos. They all have some imperfections, which include, but are not limited to, cracks, checks, discoloration, missing pieces, gaps in the wood, and some may not lay perfectly flat. This happens after a barrel has been dried after years of being soaked in bourbon. We try to get out as many imperfections as we can, without losing its natural rustic look. But, this is what makes each item truly unique and one a kind.
We try to ship items out within 3-5 business days, but, depending on stock available, it could take up to 2 weeks.
