Cleaned & Sanded Bourbon / Whiskey Barrel Staves

These are real used and refurbished bourbon barrel and whiskey barrel staves. We clean these up, removing all the dirt, grime and loose char. We then lightly sand away any rough and sharp edges, just enough so not to lose its rustic charm.
All barrels are different, so all staves are different. Some of these will measure 35 inches long, while others measure 36 inches long. But all are approximately 1 inch thick. You can pick the width of the stave you want from the drop-down menu below.
We measure the width from the very center of the stave and the staves get smaller towards the edges. So, if you pick a 2-2 1/2-inch stave, it will measure between 2-2 1/2 inches at the center, but the ends of the staves could measure about 1 3/4 of an inch to 2 1/4 of an inch, depending on the staves.
These staves are NOT flat. They bow up in the middle, some have a steeper curve than others.
Sizes are:
1" - 2"
2" - 2 1/2"
2 1/2" - 3"
3" - 3 1/2"
3 1/2" - 4"
4" - 5"
3" - 4" with a bunghole
4" - 5" with a bunghole
Some of the staves that have a bunghole will NOT have a bung in them and some of them will, depends on if they come to me with a bung in them or not.

All of our items are made from authentic bourbon barrels and have been used to distill bourbon. All barrels are different! Some of them might be a little bigger or smaller than others. They may not look exactly like the ones in the photos. They all have some imperfections, which include, but are not limited to, cracks, checks, discoloration, missing pieces, gaps in the wood, and some may not lay perfectly flat. This happens after a barrel has been dried out after years of being soaked in bourbon. We try to get out as many of these imperfections as we can, without losing its natural rustic look. But this is what makes each item truly unique and one of a kind.
We try to ship out items within 3-5 business days, but, depending on stock available, it could take up to 2 weeks.
