Barrel Top Pipe helf, Bottle display shelf - Engraved

This shelf is made from a real bourbon barrel top. We clean and sand them just enough to remove any grime or rough edges, while still maintaining its rustic charm. The top measures approximately 21 inches in diameter, including the pipes, and the shelf is approximately 7 inches deep. We cut down the top so to fit the metal pipes under neath, and add the shelf, which is a piece cut from a 2nd top. Then we add the metal band, also from a barrel, these may have dents in them. We then coat it in several coats of semi-gloss lacquer. Then the black pipe is added underneath the shelf. We print your favorite logo on the top, choose from the drop down menu below. If you don't see what you're looking for, message me and we can get it for you. Or, we can custom engrave whatever you want. These shelves are easy to hang, with a pre-mounted 6 inch cleat on the back. All you have to do is hang the other half, all parts are included, and slide your shelf into place.
Some tops might have a bung in the center of the top while others may not. Just depends on stock available at the time of purchase. If you prefer one either with or without a bung, just leave me a note at checkout.
All of our items are made from authentic bourbon barrels and have been used to distill bourbon. All barrels are different! Some of them might be a little bigger or smaller than others. They may not look the same as the ones in the photos. They all have some imperfections, which include, but are not limited to, cracks, checks, discoloration, missing pieces, gaps in the wood, and some may not lay perfectly flat. This happens after a barrel has been dried after years of being soaked in bourbon. We try to get out as many imperfections as we can, without losing its natural rustic look. But, this is what makes each item truly unique and one a kind.
