The cleaned and finished bands undergo a meticulous process where loose debris is removed using a wire wheel brush, followed by a protective satin lacquer finish that not only enhances their aesthetic appeal but also helps prevent further rusting. Please note that all bands, regardless of their condition, will exhibit charming rustic spots, adding to their authenticity and charm. Each band showcases its own character, complete with natural discoloration and orange spots that tell the story of its previous life, making them perfect for a variety of craft projects or as distinctive home decor accents.

All our items are made from real, authentic, used, and refurbished bourbon barrel parts and have been used to distill bourbon. All barrels are different! Some might be bigger or smaller than others. They may not look the same as the ones in the photos. They all have some imperfections, We try to get out as many of these imperfections as we can, without losing its natural, rustic look. But this is what makes each item truly unique and one of a kind.
